In 2016 I (Ali Hasan) founded CF Studio — short for Cinematic Film Studio — with one simple goal: to make cinematic, emotional storytelling accessible to anyone celebrating life’s big moments. We opened our doors in Ghauri Town, Islamabad, offering wedding videography, photoshoots (indoor and outdoor), and event coverage.

Word of mouth and a dedication to quality helped us grow fast. We focused on delivering consistent, cinematic work and excellent customer service. By 2018 our ambition was clear: to be recognized as the list of No. 1 studio in Islamabad.

Between 2018 and 2020 CF Studio expanded rapidly. Our clients loved our cinematic approach and attention to detail — by this time we had served more than 500 wedding shoots and built a client base that spanned Islamabad and Lahore. We estimate over 2,000 satisfied clients during this period, thanks to repeat customers and referrals.

As demand grew, so did our team. By early 2020 CF Studio had:

• 3 experienced video editors (post-production backbone)

• 10+ videographers & photographers (on-location team)

This structure let us deliver larger projects and faster turnaround while keeping the cinematic quality we’re known for.

When the COVID-19 pandemic reached Pakistan (first confirmed cases in late February 2020 and widespread restrictions soon after), the event industry paused and many businesses closed temporarily — CF Studio included. Rather than stop working, we adapted.

We launched online services from home:

• Remote video editing for clients (wedding films, corporate, real estate)

• Graphic design and branding work

• Website development and SEO for small businesses

• Social media & media management to keep clients connected with their audiences

This pivot broadened our offerings and made our services accessible beyond in-person shoots.

CF Studio now offers online solutions:

• Wedding & event videography (indoor & outdoor)

• Professional photography and photoshoots

• Video editing and post-production

• Real estate video & photo coverage

• Digital marketing: graphic design, social media management, SEO, website development

Our vision remains unchanged from 2018: to be the top studio in Islamabad — now with the skills and digital reach to serve clients across Pakistan and beyond.
